1. Replace light bulbs throughout home
2. Replace batteries in smoke detectors
3. Hire a professional cleaning company
4. Remove personal photos and artwork
5. Fix any holes in walls
6. Re-touch paint where it’s needed
7. Remove furniture that may take up too much space
8. Make sure dishes are always put away
9. Make sure trash is always take out, trash can doesn’t stink
10. Keep all beds throughout home made
11. Keep closets organized, items stored away (buyers want to see the size)
