MEET BRITTANY TAUBER

I truly believe that buying and selling homes should be a very personal experience. I am passionate about helping others and will put my clients needs first and foremost in my transactions. When I say it I mean it, I LOVE helping others! While I can’t wait to sell or buy your home, I am truly looking forward to making you happy and making this experience as least stressful as possible.

While I was born and raised in the Midwest, my husband and I fell in love with Arizona over 20 years ago. We have frequently visited each year since then and have become very familiar with the different areas Scottsdale has to offer. We purchased our first home in North Scottsdale as our “home away from home” and were able to custom design it from the ground up. We quickly realized how much we loved the lifestyle, community, weather, and all that Arizona has to offer! Thereafter, we realized we wanted to make Arizona our permanent home. We bought another home and decided again to remodel from the bottom up. We moved our family of 5 about 2 years later and couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

Prior to raising my family and career in real estate, I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, International Business and a Minor in Spanish. I have worked for Abbott Laboratories, Gap, Inc., Law Economics Consulting Group, and American Appraisal Associates (AAA), all in Business Valuation/Finance positions. Within AAA, I worked hand in hand with our real estate valuation division giving me unique experience and learning the concepts of the market approach and industry comparables.

I believe my finance and real estate background has given me an unparalleled and extensive advantage in the ever changing real estate market. I have valued large corporate businesses and know what it takes to make sure you make your next home is not only your dream home but also a profitable investment.

In addition, I am a fluent Spanish speaker! I was chosen by Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business to study abroad in Spain for six months based on my past academic performance, Spanish speaking ability, and overall desire and level of interest in the program. I can help any client navigate any language barrier or Spanish speaking needs.

I have done extensive research on both of these and will give you the best advice I can. From the bottom of my heart, I am excited for your new adventure of making Arizona your home just like me!

What will I do for you?

When possible, list the home in the MLS as “Coming Soon” which gives us 30 days to pre-market to top agents.
Have professional photos taken.
Market home aggressively on the Internet, using Social Media (if desired, and if not, no worries!) as well as real estate websites that are searchable by the public.
Host Open Houses (if desired) which will be promoted on Social Media and real estate websites.
If desired, provide a “Seller’s Home Warranty Coverage” that will cover your home while it is listed me.
Create brochures and an upgrade list (if applicable) which will be available to buyers.
Provide feedback from showings.
Monitor the loan process to ensure a timely closing.
Communicate with the Appraiser and provide a packet including comps and home improvements to aid in the appraisal process.
Stay in contact with the Buyers Agent to ensure the transaction stays on track.
Communicate with you regularly to give you feedback and answer questions.
